Annalee attended Brigham Young University – Idaho and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and then completed the program to be a Physical Therapy Assistant. Since 2019 Annalee has been practicing as a PTA in multiple settings including outpatient clinics with focuses on rehabilitation from sports and overuse injuries as well as surgeries. She also has worked in a hospital motivating and strengthening patients with extremely acute illnesses and injuries.
Annalee is fascinated with the body’s ability to grow and develop overtime and recognizes the need for daily consistent effort. Annalee has a passion for health and fitness and her motto she lives by is, “Movement is Medicine”. She knows the impact movement can have not only on the body physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
Recently, Annalee has had the opportunity to specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and finds joy in helping others feel relief by boosting the lymphatic system through a complete body detox. Annalee is always kind and will be attentive to any client and their specific needs and goals.
Annalee is also a wife and mother of two amazing little girls. Her hobbies consist of playing soccer, running as she and her husband are training for a marathon, and going to the park, reading and baking with her kids.
